On the morning of November 9, 2024, ACPACI headed by its Director for Community Development, Mr. Noel T. Ang and Chairperson on Social Involvement, Mr. Almerito Casas went to Kaysuyo National High School located at Barangay Kaysuyo, Alfonso, Cavite which is a 2-hour drive from Manila, to donate 2 units desktop computers. These computers will be used by the school for the Guidance Office to store their students' records and other important details (i.e. 4Ps profiling, PWD, Solo Parents, etc.) and to the Science Laboratory.
The donation was received by the School Principal, Mrs. Lorena Blancaflor and Brigada Eskwela Coordinator, Mr. Judan Fructuoso who expressed their utmost gratitude to ACPACI for the generosity. The school has 133 students from Grade 7 to 10 with 10 teaching and non-teaching staff.
According to the Principal, “though we are a public school, the government's meager finances cannot support some of the public schools in the country, that is why we adhere to RA 8525 or Adopt A School Act of 1998 wherein we knock the support of other government agencies, private establishments, NGO and private individuals to support the needs of the school and its students in terms of improvement of school facilities and of learning”.
